Inclusive fitness for people with disability

How we can help you

  • Benefit from clear goals and direction through structured classes and session.
  • We can help with low muscle tone, toe walking, core activation, physical therapy, strength and conditioning.
  • We have quiet spaces, a therapy pod, as well as a sensory vegetable garden at our headquarters.
  • Parents can bring their kids and work out or have kids join them in classes (where appropriate).
  • We work with disability organisations - delivering group fitness sessions, cooking and other life skills.
  • Help with self-care skill building, goal setting and evaluation.
  • Increase social and community participation by engaging in social activities.
