We’re more than just a Gym
One-on-One Personal Training
We help you achieve your personal goals through functional movement, nutritional education, training and a supportive environment.
There's a 3-month program to give you the best opportunities to rest, recharge and start working on your mindset, motivation, movement and nutrition.
Hydrotherapy and Swimming
Are you injured and working out in the water may be a better option to keep you moving and healthy?
We offer daily Hydrotherapy and Swim sessions at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre.
Group training and classes
Work with a trainer and support worker in a group setting of no more than 10 students.
Currently we have group classes for children and teens on the spectrum, people with Down Syndrome and people who are Vision and Hearing Impaired.
