Kids and teens fitness

The World Health Organisation suggests that kids should be aiming for 60 minutes of daily exercise because they’re just not getting enough movement each day.

We know that trying to fit this into your busy family life seems impossible. Luckily, we’re a family friendly gym who caters for the whole family. You can work on yourself while your teens or kids get fit and healthy with our Teen lift or Superkids programs.

Superkids

For kids 4 to 19 years of age

Superkids proves working out is for any age, whether itā€™s going on an adventure, gardening or exercises in the gym. Superkids is a great example of how movement can be fun and engaging for everyone involved. So bring your kids along to our family friendly gym.

Areas of training include vestibular, muscle tone, core, cardiovascular, flexibility and coordination.

Choose up to 3 sessions a week:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 5pm to 5:45pm

Teen lift

For teens 11 to 15 years of age

If you’re a teen looking to improve on your health and fitness, Teen Lift might be just what you’re looking for. This program teaches teens exercise, proper technique and how to use gym equipment. With the help of one of our trainers, you’ll learn to create and achieve goals to be proud of.

Areas of training include weights, cardio, boxing and more.
