In her youth, Cassandra was a competitive National State Long Distance Swimmer, Triathlete, Surf Life Saver Iron Woman and Under 18 State Surf Life Saving Champion. Since her teen years, Cassandra has always had a passion for fitness, health and wellbeing and that has transferred to her children. Cassandra proclaims that she is not a runner, however, has completed many half marathons, local fun runs and in 2019 not only completed the 10km Great Wall of China run but Came 2Nd Overall in the Female Category, now giving her an International Podium Win.

Cassandra has a passion to ensure everybody moves more!

Courtney Kluge

Meet Courtney! Courtney is a Qualified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, she is currently studying to be a qualified Dietician and is one of Power to Move’s trainers and our Nutritional Coordinator.

Her Favourite food is Salmon.

You will find she loves a bit of Yoga and her favourite position is Downward Facing Dog.
