We offer prenatal fitness programs for pregnancy as well as postnatal for after pregnancy. Our programs are specifically designed for women who want to be pregnancy fit or stay fit throughout pregnancy.

Head Trainer Cass has a Fitness Education Online certification in How to Safely Train Pregnant and Postnatal Women. She’s passionate about keeping you and your baby safe and healthy while continuing to move before, during and after pregnancy.
