Boxing

A cardio and fat-burning 45-minute workout. Release pent-up frustration combat style, with jabs, crosses, hooks, uppers and knee strikes. Build strength and balance and work on full body toning in this high intensity, fast-paced class. Gloves are supplied but you can BYO if you prefer.

Lifted

The ultimate class to get you toned and fit, targeting all major muscle groups. Enjoy a full body workout focused on light to medium barbells and dumbbells, high repetitions and placing muscles under a little bit of pressure. And did someone say pulses?

Sculpt

Low impact, floor-based classes to shape up and tone your body. We combine pilates, core and strength with low to no impact repetitions using hand weights and bands. It’s the ultimate toning workout to burn your belly, butt, thighs and arms. We’ll supply bands but feel free to bring your own.

Cardio dance

An Aerobics and Jazzercise workout to get your heart rate pumping and your mind working just as much as your muscles! Enjoy a mix of high and low intensity moves to funky tunes as you burn fat and increase your metabolism big time. BYO towel.

Step

Join us for an old school cardio and toning workout to not only tone your glutes and legs, but increase your stamina too. You'll enjoy 45 minutes of creative, dynamic choreography that’s low impact and not too complicated. It's one of our most popular classes.

Yoga

A 45-minute workout for the mind and body, incorporating sun salutation flows, breathing exercises, stretching and strengthening. You’ll improve flexibility, unwind and benefit from a relaxed feeling of calmness and wellbeing. Yoga gives you all that an aerobic workout will, but in a more holistic way.

HIIT

An all-out, 100% workout with quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, active recovery. Get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time. While HIIT training can be intense, the great news is your level of workout is relative to your fitness level. You set the bar and reach your own goals.

The newest class to hit our timetable... Pedal X to the XTREME. This class is a mash up of spin and Upper body weights. Get ready for the ride of your life. Each class is limited to 8 people due to the number of bikes, so book in and lets RIDE.
