Hello, my name is Cass and I am a Mum of 2 teenage children. About 3 years ago I started noticing kids my children went to school with or through other areas of life, did not exercise or play sport, and some had been diagnosed with health-related issues such as Obesity, Diabetes, Anxiety and Depression. As a Mum, this made me really sad. To me eating healthy, nutritious food and exercising seemed pretty simple, and part of our daily routine. But the reality was, that as I started to research more, learn about families, cultural backgrounds and different upbringings, that it was much harder for many families. Â

The reason why I have told you this is to let you know that I am just a regular person, who has struggled to keep the balance of life in check, but I am here to help you, and your family.Â
