There’s no standard program because there’s no standard person.
Â
We start by understanding where you are now, what you want to achieve and what might have made consistency difficult in the past. From there, we build a personalised approach around your goals, ability, lifestyle and experience.
Â
Your coach is there for more than the workout. With individual programming, regular progress reviews and genuine accountability, we help you build strength, improve fitness and create habits you can actually maintain.
Â
Whether you’re starting for the first time, returning to exercise or ready to take your training further, the goal is progress that works for your life.
Personal Training is for anyone who wants a more individual approach to their health and fitness. You might be completely new to training, getting back into exercise, working towards a specific goal or simply looking for the structure and accountability to stay consistent.
Your starting point doesn’t matter. We build the program around you.
We’re not interested in pushing everyone through the same workout or chasing short-term results.
Your training is personalised to your goals, ability and lifestyle, with coaching that considers the bigger picture. We focus on movement, meals and mindset to help you make progress inside the gym that you can sustain outside it.
We’ll give you the plan, coaching, accountability and support to make progress — but lasting results come from what we build together.
We regularly review how you’re progressing and adjust your training as you get stronger, fitter and more confident. Rather than chasing a finish line, we’re working towards changes you can maintain.
Personal Training takes place at the Power To Move Success Hub, where you’ll have access to our training facilities, coaches and supportive community.
Your program can also include training you can complete independently, giving you the flexibility to keep moving when you can’t make it into the Hub.
Personal Training at Power To Move gives you a clear plan and someone in your corner to help you follow it.
Â
Your journey starts with a one-on-one health screening and physical assessment so we can understand your starting point and build a training plan specifically for you. From there, your coach works with you through personalised training sessions, ongoing programming and regular progress reviews.
Â
Depending on your program, you can also access group fitness classes, independent workouts and the Trainerize app to follow your program and track your progress wherever you train.
Â
Through Fit4Life, we take that support beyond exercise with coaching around movement, meals and mindset helping you build the knowledge, routines and confidence to make your results last.
Getting fit is one thing. Building a healthier way of living that you can actually maintain is something different.
That thinking led to Fit4Life Power To Move’s structured Personal Training program developed around the things we believe create sustainable progress:Â
Rather than relying on extreme diets, unsustainable training schedules or short-term motivation, we help you understand what works for your body and your life. Training builds strength and fitness, practical nutrition coaching helps you make better everyday choices, and mindset coaching helps turn those choices into consistent habits.
Â
Developed by Power To Move founder and trainer Cass Liebeknecht, Fit4Life brings these elements together with personalised coaching, accountability and regular progress reviews.
Â
The aim isn’t to be perfect for 10 or 12 weeks. It’s to use that time to build the strength, knowledge and habits that keep working long after the program ends.
You don’t need to know exactly what your training should look like before you begin. That’s our job.
Â
Start with a conversation about where you are now, what you’d like to achieve and the level of coaching and support that would work best for you. We’ll help you find the right way to get started.
I started training with PTM in March 2020 to help me deal with stress and a traumatic event. I started with simple yoga stretches and low impact exercises because my health and fitness was quite poor – I couldn’t do sit ups or climb stairs without getting puffed out.
I decided to challenge myself and push my boundaries because being in an older age bracket, I was concerned about ageing strong and being healthy for as long as possible.
I think that the biggest secret to being successful in achieving goals is consistency, setting goals a little higher than you think you’re capable of achieving and then just going for it and making small adjustments each time and giving it your best.
My advice to anyone thinking of starting is to stop thinking about it and just start. One step at a time. Set yourself realistic goals – you’re first and foremost doing this for yourself. You deserve to feel and be at your best.
I’ve been with Power to Move for 12 months and have been part of the Fit4Life Program.
I am Obese and when I started with the team I needed to lose over 60 kilos, get my blood sugar, cholesterol and general health under control and start to move more.
Cass helped ease me into training. We started with a few sessions each week, and now I’m at the gym sometimes twice a day. Cass has helped me with my food and movement and now trainer Max is taking my fitness and health to the next level.
I’ve lost 28 kilos and 58 centimetres so far, and I’m committed to achieving my health and lifestyle goals.
My name is Madison McCarthy. I’ve been training at Power to Move for almost 6 months and cannot believe the change I have endured mentally and physically.
I absolutely love the vibe and inclusivity of this gym and really think I have achieved the best results here.
With head trainer Cassandra, I have lost a total of 38cm whilst training here and most importantly, have achieved a changed positive mindset toward being healthy and active on a daily basis.
