Each class is a workout for the mind and body, incorporating variations of Sun Salutation flows, breathing exercises, stretching and strengthening for your body and mind.
In these classes, Yoga postures are practised to strengthen and promote flexibility in your body. Yoga will help to strengthen your chest, back, stomach, core, arm and leg muscles, and improve overall muscle tone. We practise breathing techniques that allow you to unwind; we help you to manage your stress and promote a relaxed feeling of calmness and wellbeing.
Yoga gives you all that an aerobic workout will, but in a more holistic way. It combines aspects of cardio, functional and strength training all in one.
Studies have shown that practising Yoga can not only improve your physical body, but can also change your brain chemistry and improve your mood. It will have you thinking clearer and concentrating better.
