Our signature Burn class combines Pilates, core, strength and conditioning moves to burn your belly, butt, thighs and arms. Burn will give you a full body workout, raising your heart rate and toning your whole body. Utilising strength training and cardio intervals, Burn is a workout that keeps your body burning calories long after you have finished your class.

This class is ideal if you want to increase your endurance, shape up and tone your body. A Burn class will work you hard and increase your fitness levels significantly.
