We know your family already has so many daily tasks for your kids that trying to fit in another 60 minutes seems impossible. Luckily, that’s where we come in.

Kids Fitness classes

Bring your kids to one of our daily fitness classes. They can work out alongside you and our friendly, welcoming fit family.

Kid-friendly classes include:

  • Cardio dance

Group personal training

We offer group personal training sessions designed just for children. The goal of our PT sessions is to help your kids develop positive relationships with exercise, make exercise fun and make sure they’re getting the movement they need.

PT is great for children who have specific needs, like:

  • Kids with low muscle tone
  • Kids on the spectrum
  • Kids needing extra care to help move more
  • Kids who want to get fit while having fun
