Our Family and Group Training is a great way to get everybody moving and feeling great.
The goal of our Family and Group Training is to maximise the importance of an active physical lifestyle and being active with friends and family is twice as FUN.
All trainers have current Working with Children Checks and First Aid, and some have kids of their own.
We can come to you or find a suitable location for both Trainer and Child.
Sessions are generally 45 – 60 minutes long cover up to 4 participants.
