Inclusive fitness for people with disability

How we can help you

  • Benefit from clear goals and direction through structured classes and session.
  • We can help with low muscle tone, toe walking, core activation, physical therapy, strength and conditioning.
  • We have a quiet space and are currently designing a Sensory Garden at our headquarters.
  • Parents can bring their kids and work out or have kids join them in classes (where appropriate).
  • We work with Orana delivering training and classes to their Life Skills Students.
  • Help with self-care skill building, goal setting and evaluation.
  • Increase social and community participation by engaging in social activities.
